Acrylic Solid Surface (Corian Marble)
Acrylic Board FAQ’s
Solid Acrylic surface
Solid acrylic surface is a popular choice for low-maintenance, non-porous countertops. It has the ability to mimic the look of natural materials like granite, marble, and stone and can be seamlessly joined by a skilled craftsman. Solid surface is usually produced in sheet form for the fabrication of finished countertops, but it can also be cast into a variety of shapes, such as sinks, shower pans, and bathtubs. The material’s flexibility is further enhanced by its capacity to be heated and bent into three-dimensional shapes through a process known as thermoforming. Compared to natural stone, engineered composites offer greater color and design flexibility, which can be crucial factors when making a choice.
